Do you repair jewelry?

Yes, we repair most jewelry on site. Prices vary from piece to piece. We’re unable to quote over the phone so please stop in and we will be happy to quote you a price before doing any work.

Do you do watch repairs?

Yes, we do. This also will require an in-person quote since every watch is different.

Do you do watch batteries?

Yes, we do. Depending on the current traffic in the store, we can generally do this while you wait.

The cost for MOST watches is $10.

Do you buy pre-owned jewelry/diamonds?

Yes, we do.

Where in Downtown Willoughby are you located?

We are located at the southeast end where Erie Street meets Euclid Ave. There is a big neon sign with our name on it.

Where’s the best place to park?

The closest lot to us is the City Hall parking lot.
